The history pane shows a relation to your website, not some other one that may have similar content. Titles and page names display what that page was about in the profile listing. This may reinforce what a visitor remembers.

interActive was and still is me.
This was an earlier venture at website designing that I hosted on Earthlink's servers free space. When I left the site was shut down. I really do appreciate all the visitors that I did get on a backend server space. It was incredible. I now host it here.

I don't want to ramble or bore, whichever the case may be ( hopefully not the latter ) so, I draw the line ( well maybe 1 ½ ) in just the next couple paragraphs. It is important, please check it out. Then onto the visuals, phew.

WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) programs have enabled people to create a website by clicking and dragging content. Notice the word create, it differs from design.
|

Using a text editor like Notepad enables one to understand the real aspects of creating a web page.
Without this knowledge you will not learn the code necessary to fully understand what is really happening with all that code.
|

Many argue this, but the truth is that knowing how to hand code has its advantages. Hand coding is what made computers what they are today.
|
|
|
|
I design web pages that are all hand coded in Notepad. Then, test the site on several different computers before ever going live and immediately following the upload. Checking ensures that all the pages function and that all the images are there. When choosing a website designer ask questions, lots of them, to get a feel if they know what they are talking about.

|
Faced with many challenges, constant learning in this technology is a must. Changes occur literally overnight. Even though the tools to design a website are freely available to just about anyone, knowing what to do with them is the key. Your visitor's reaction is your most important concern . Their response is determined by the way in which you assemble the images and text on your pages.
Throwing images and text on a web page does not constitute good web design. Where is the design in that?

Layouts are, and always will pose a challenge. Various screen resolutions produce different results in the way your page will look. Fill the screen is my motto. I have a large screen and like to see a full display. Why waste all that space because you don't understand layout.
